Paul Kerzner ("Kerzner") filed a complaint for an Accounting, Fraud, and Conversion against his aunt, Barbara Lerman ("Lerman"), alleging that she unduly influenced his grandmother to distribute to his cousins money and property to which he was entitled under a trust agreement.
