Appellant-defendant Doris Litherland appeals the jury verdict in favor of appellee-plaintiff Amy McDonnell with regard to McDonnell's negligence action that was brought against her. Specifically, Litherland contends that the verdict must be set aide because the trial court erred (1) in denying her motion to exclude certain evidence, or, in the alternative, for a continuance of the trial; and (2) in allowing the deposition transcript...
