Respondent, Orbit Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Truck, Inc. (Orbit), is, for the purposes of this case, a garage in possession of a motor vehicle subject to a garageman's lien. The vehicle's owner failed to pay Orbit for the repair work and services that gave rise to the lien. Orbit intends to sell the vehicle, as authorized by Md.Code (1975, 2000 Repl.Vol.), § 16-207 of the Commercial Law Article,
