Robert Biddle, Jr. (Biddle) appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) which denied Biddle's motion for post trial relief in the nature of a motion for a new trial and motion for judgment not withstanding the verdict (JNOV). We affirm.
