In this case we must interpret Supreme Court Rules 366(b) (155 Ill.2d R. 366(b)) and 361(b) (Official Reports Advance Sheet No. 12 (June 13, 2001), R. 361(b), eff. May 25, 2001). We find that a party who fails to file a posttrial motion following entry of judgment on a jury verdict forfeits appellate review of all waivable issues, but this forfeiture does not preclude this court from considering the appeal.
