¶ 1. Jerry Allen Taylor was found guilty by the Circuit Court of Scott County, Mississippi of the possession of more than two grams but less than ten grams of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to a term of sixteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with two years suspended, leaving fourteen years to serve, and placed on probation for two years, and ordered to pay a fine and costs.
