This is an action in negligence to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiff when the bicycle he was riding was struck by the defendant's motor vehicle. Immediately prior to commencing trial, the judge granted the defendant's motion in limine to exclude the plaintiff's medical records because of a lack of medical evidence establishing a causal connection between certain diagnostic tests and injuries actually related to the parties...
