¶ 1. In 1999, Sondra Robin Howell Brawdy ("Brawdy") and Brett Alan Howell ("Howell") obtained an irreconcilable differences divorce. After several modification orders were entered, Howell filed a petition for modification and Brawdy filed a counterclaim.
