The plaintiff, Michael David Garsee, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, James Caldwell Bowie, dismissing the plaintiff's suit for specific performance of an agreement to purchase real estate. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment.
