("Shaw's") appeals from a judgment in which the trial judge found for the appellant, Alicia Slanzis Webber ("Webber"), for personal injuries sustained when she slipped and fell on a grape in a supermarket. The trial judge, sitting without a jury, found in relevant part that Webber was walking with her daughter in the frozen foods department when she slipped and fell.
