ACOSTA v. STATE

No. 4D01-3974.

856 So.2d 1143 (2003)

Bryann ACOSTA, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

October 22, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, and Iva Oza, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Laura Fisher Zibura, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

POLEN, J.

This appeal arises from a final adjudication of guilt after a jury found Bryann Acosta guilty of Burglary. Acosta raises three arguments on appeal. Acosta first contends the trial court erred in denying his request for a Richardson1 hearing. Acosta next alleges the trial court erred by assessing him $14,581 in restitution. Because we agree with Acosta on the first two issues, we need not address the third.
