OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge.

¶ 1 A jury convicted Frank Lyle Dominguez (Defendant) of murder, a first degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (1999). Defendant appeals, claiming numerous errors at trial. We affirm.
