¶ 1 In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the trial court erred when it denied the petition for leave to file an appeal nunc pro tunc filed by Best Home Services, Inc. ("cleaner") and entered judgment in favor of appellee Joseph Nagy ("customer") in the amount of $3,424.50. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the order entering judgment.
