Morgan appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. He was convicted of vehicular homicide in 1999 for an accident which occurred in 1997. His sentence of ten years was affirmed. Morgan v. State, 758 So.2d 690 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000). We affirm on three grounds raised here, but reverse and remand for further proceedings...
