Defendant, James Andrew Masters, pled guilty as charged to one count of DWI, fourth offense, a violation of La. R.S. 14:98 punishable, under the circumstances of this case, by imprisonment at hard labor for not less than 10 years nor more than 30 years without benefit. Defendant was sentenced to 15 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. He did not move for reconsideration of sentence, but has appealed his sentence...
