The plaintiff, Mary Britt, appeals a summary judgment dismissing her malpractice suit against the defendant, Scott Taylor, D.D.S. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.

FACTS

On August 17, 1996, Mary Britt sought treatment from Dr. Taylor for a toothache. Britt was a walk-in patient who had not previously been treated by Dr. Taylor. Dr. Taylor took an x-ray and found the left lower third molar, a wisdom tooth...
