TITEL v. STATE

No. 4D01-3575.

847 So.2d 1130 (2003)

Leon TITEL, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

June 25, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, and Paul E. Petillo, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Daniel P. Hyndman, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm Appellant's convictions for kidnapping and sexual battery. Appellant also asks to be sentenced for the sexual battery conviction, as the parties agree that the trial court vacated Appellant's initial sentence on that conviction but never resentenced him. We therefore remand for imposition of sentence on the sexual battery conviction.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED for imposition of sentence.
