The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court's judgment of June 7, 2002, and has remanded the case. Ex parte Professional Bus. Owners Ass'n Workers' Compensation Fund, 867 So.2d 1099 (Ala.2003). In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
