Mr. Morgan asserts that the trial court erred in three respects: (i) denying his motion to suppress the evidence, (ii) allowing into evidence the state's expert witness' testimony on the ultimate issue of guilt, and (iii) infringing on his constitutional right to testify in his own defense.
