James H. Summers, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. The jury did not return verdicts on charges of possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and resisting arrest.
