Alabama Power Company ("the employer") petitions for a writ of mandamus directing the Monroe Circuit Court to vacate its order permitting Ed McCormick ("the employee") to videotape a functional-capacities evaluation ("FCE") ordered by a physician in a pending workers'-compensation action involving the parties.
