The State appeals from an order reducing a charge of trafficking in cannabis to a charge of possession of cannabis. We reverse.

Section 893.135, Florida Statutes (2002) provides in part:

(1) Except as authorized in this chapter or in chapter 499 and notwithstanding the provisions of s. 893.13: (a) Any person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive...
