¶ 1 Appellant, the Commonwealth, appeals from the order entered on May 2, 2001, modifying the sentence of Appellee, Paul Reefer, from five to twenty years imprisonment to five to twelve years and three months imprisonment, followed by a period of seven years and nine months probation, the probation being conditioned on Mr. Reefer residing in a court-approved skilled nursing facility.1
