Christopher Pina, appellant, was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of evading arrest. Trial was conducted before a jury on appellant's plea of not guilty. The jury found appellant guilty. The trial court assessed appellant's punishment at confinement in the Harris County Jail for 180 days and a fine of $500 and placed appellant on community supervision for a period of one year, subject to various terms and conditions...
