STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Adrian May brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's denial of his motion for discharge.

We affirm.

ISSUES

1. Whether May was entitled to discharge pursuant to Indiana Criminal Rule 4(C). 2. Whether May has been denied his right to a speedy trial.
