("Tanner & Co."), appeal a summary judgment for the plaintiff State Farm Fire & Casualty Company in a declaratory judgment action. The judgment declared that a State Farm liability insurance policy ("the policy") did not cover Tanner and Tanner & Co. for a lawsuit Wayne R. Mitchell had filed against them ("Mitchell's lawsuit").
