LEWIS v. STATE

No. 5D02-1161.

836 So.2d 1095 (2003)

Howard H. LEWIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

February 7, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James B. Gibson, Public Defender, and A.S. Rogers, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Charlie J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Mary G. Jolley, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

TORPY, J.

We affirm the appellant's conviction and sentence. We certify, however, as we did in Hersey v. State, 831 So.2d 679 (Fla. 5th DCA 2002), the question of whether the enactment of Chapter 02-210, Laws of Florida, cured the single subject violation of Chapter 99-188, Laws of Florida.

AFFIRMED.
