This is an appeal from a wrongful death suit brought by the family of Jeremy Chisholm against Jerry Parker ("Parker") and Max Robinson ("Robinson") individually and d/b/a Action Home Movers ("Action") and its insurer, Clarendon National Insurance Company ("Clarendon").
