Darrell Forbes brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the results of a blood alcohol test. On appeal, Forbes raises one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress. In addition, we address the procedure the State or a defendant should follow to obtain a document from another jurisdiction in the course of a criminal proceeding. We reverse.
