Defendant, Carnell Bolden, was convicted of one count of aggravated incest, a violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1, and one count of attempted aggravated crime against nature, a violation of La. R.S. 14:89.1 and R.S. 14:27. He was sentenced to ten years at hard labor on count one and six years at hard labor on count two, with the sentences to run concurrently, and with the sentence on count two to be without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension...
