L. Thomas Booth ("Booth") and his wife, Norma Sue Booth, appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendants Robert G. Wiley, M.D. ("Dr.Wiley"), Ronald K. Norlund, O.D., ("Dr.Norlund") and Midwest Eye Consultants, P.C., d/b/a Cataract & Laser Institute ("Midwest Eye") (collectively, "the doctors").
