Thomas Simon appeals from a default judgment entered against him in favor of Anthony Jackson and Carol Jackson on their claim for money damages. We affirm.

Simon originally sued the Jacksons to evict them from certain premises they were occupying. The Jacksons countersued Simon for money damages on two theories. One was that he fraudulently misrepresented his title to the same property in negotiating...
