In September 1999, Linda J. Bell sued Helen Q. Greer and Mirtha Faye Baker, in the Montgomery Circuit Court, asserting claims of negligence and wantonness for injuries she allegedly sustained as a result of an automobile accident in which Greer and Baker were involved.
