[¶ 1] Michael Liberty appeals from the order entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Cole, J.) denying his motion seeking protection from being deposed and protection from further discovery by Darlene Copp. Liberty contends that the Superior Court did not have subject matter jurisdiction, pursuant to M.R.
