OPINION BY GRACI, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Jamal Burkett, a/k/a Dante Burkett ("Burkett"), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered May 30, 2002, in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. We affirm.
