WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Gueorgui Raev, was charged by bill of information with attempted second degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1 and 14:27. The defendant entered a guilty plea to the reduced charge of attempted manslaughter, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:31 and 14:27. The district court imposed a sentence of twelve years at hard labor. Defendant filed a motion for reconsideration of sentence, but he withdrew the motion prior to the court's ruling...
