In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third, District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Travis, case Nos. 3-03-0062 and 3-03-0063 cons., remanding the matter to the trial court. The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Shirley, 181 Ill.2d 359, 230 Ill.Dec. 23
