The questions presented by this case are three, namely, whether: where the deadline for filing a delinquency petition against a juvenile has expired, but the time for doing so has been extended without a finding of good cause, a juvenile court may make that good cause finding via a nunc pro tunc hearing; a 10-month delay in holding an adjudicatory hearing in a delinquency case constitutes a delay of constitutional proportions, sufficient to trigger...
