In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Dent, case Nos. 1-01-0103 and 1-01-0552 cons. The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment, specifically whether defendant's petition satisfies the "cause and prejudice" test set forth in People v. Pitsonbarger, 205 Ill.2d 444, 275 Ill.Dec. 838
