In this appeal defendant, Brad Harris, appeals his sentence on a conviction of attempted aggravated rape. This criminal matter has been before this Court on two prior occasions. After the conviction, defendant was sentenced to serve fifty years at hard labor. Subsequently, the State filed a bill of information alleging that defendant was a repeat felony offender.
