This matter is before the court on the appeal of Brown and Lay after conviction of distribution of controlled substance, heroin, in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (1981).1 While Brown raises a number of issues, Lay only claims that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction.
