Appellant-defendant ServiceMaster Diversified Health Services, L.P., n/k/a BEP Services L.P. (BEP), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-plaintiff Henry Wiley. BEP contends that the expiration of the statute of limitations precludes Wiley's addition of BEP as a co-defendant to his second amended complaint pursuant to Trial Rule 15(C) specifications.
