OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Troy Rees appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his Petition for Extraordinary Relief. We reverse and remand.

¶ 2 Following our February 1, 2001 affirmance of Rees's criminal conviction for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, see State v. Rees, 2001 UT App 27, 2001 WL 311418 (affirming Rees's conviction based in-part upon Rees's failure to incorporate certain record information necessary...
