¶ 1 In this appeal, Debbie Brooks-Gall ("Mother") contends that the trial court violated her due process rights and the procedural safeguards of the Juvenile Act, 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 6301-6365, and acted without jurisdiction when it sua sponte removed her children from their home and placed them in foster care following a hearing on Mother's Protection from Abuse ("PFA") petition.
