OPINION BY POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered on February 3, 2003, in the Court of Common Pleas, Bucks County, which denied Appellant Herbert E. Brown's petition for collateral relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. Upon review, we remand for the provision of counsel and the filing of a counseled brief.
