(Bill Kay Chrysler), after Charles purchased a 2000 Chrysler Sebring and traded in a 1996 BMW Z3 convertible owned by him and Pamela. Thereafter, Bill Kay Chrysler filed a motion to stay the proceedings and compel arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration...
