GASKINS, J.

The defendant, Charles Ray Snow, pled guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine. He was sentenced to serve 30 years imprisonment at hard labor with five years to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. He now appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
