PER CURIAM.

George Porter, Jr. petitions this Court for writ of habeas corpus. We have jurisdiction, see art. V, § 3(b)(9), Fla. Const., and deny the petition.

Porter pled guilty to the 1985 first-degree shooting murders of Evelyn Williams and Walter Burrows. Porter received a death sentence for Williams' murder and a life sentence for Burrows' murder. The facts are more fully set forth in our opinion in Porter's direct appeal. See Porter v...
