In this worker's compensation action, the employee appeals that portion of the judgment which denied his claim for indemnity benefits, psychological treatment and certain medical expenses arising from a job-related injury. The workers' compensation judge (WCJ) found that the employee's minor on-the-job accident did not physically disable him and that his claim for mental injury did not require further psychiatric evaluation.
