MATHIAS, Judge.

Sherman Debro ("Debro") pled guilty to criminal recklessness,1 as a Class B misdemeanor, in Monroe Circuit Court on September 17, 2001, and entered into a deferred sentencing agreement with the State. The agreement provided that sentencing would be deferred as long as Debro complied with certain conditions specified in the agreement.
